Data Center Technician

Requirements

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware infrastructure problems

• Act as a key resolver for our support team on data center hardware issues
• Diagnose and remediate complex infrastructure and server problems
• Share technical knowledge and support fellow team members
• Work autonomously to restore server functionality
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the equipment we manage
• Follow instructions precisely and handle assigned tasks with attention to detail
• Collaborate effectively with our team and respond constructively to feedback

We are hiring a Data Center Technician to join our in-person team. The role follows rotating Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat shift patterns across day, evening, and overnight schedules. The pay range is $24.74 to $29.00 per hour.
