Infra Delivery Install Technicians collaborate with cross‑functional teams, troubleshoot complex technical scenarios and implement strategic solutions to keep our network running seamlessly. Expect to engage in hands‑on technical work that requires creativity, precision, and a passion for technological innovation.

• Move and implement large enterprise equipment.
• Install Fiber and Copper cabling and patch cables between equipment.
• Ensure proper safety and security standards during cabling and rack installation.
• Follow established hardware installation procedures and perform break‑fix activities.
• Use material handling tools and equipment safely.
• Travel within and outside the regional work area; must have a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

• Regularly lift/move up to 40 lbs; participate in group lifts for 41+ lbs.
• Work in an environment that operates 24/7, with ability to participate in primary responder rotation and after‑hours support.
• Operate in cramped, elevated, or noisy environments.
• Bend, lift, stretch, reach, stand and walk for up to 8+ hours a day.
• Ascend/descend ladders, stairs, and gangways safely.

• Travel to or commute between data center locations as needed.
• Willingsness to temporarily work at alternative sites during training periods or until assigned facility is operational.

• 1+ years of experience in Computer Hardware Repair, Infrastructure Cabling, Network Deployment, or Data Center Operations (or similar technical/vocational roles).
• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Industry standard certification (CompTIA, CCENT, or Network+).
• Experience with cabling infrastructure best practices and methodologies.
• Knowledge of network cabling, optic types, and test equipment.
