Our client, a leading global cloud computing and technology company, is seeking a Logistics Specialist to support inventory management, logistics operations, and warehouse activities within a large-scale data center environment.

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to support day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations within a mission-critical data center environment. This role is responsible for inventory control, receiving and shipping materials, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring parts are available to support build and repair activities.
The ideal candidate will have warehouse or distribution experience, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, organize, and maintain inventory levels to support datacenter operations.
- Monitor inventory and ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Check parts in and out for technicians and engineers.
- Load, unload, and transport materials between warehouse and datacenter locations.
- Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records.
- Support reverse logistics processes and inventory reconciliation activities.
- Ensure work spaces remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Collaborate with operations teams to support build, repair, and maintenance activities.
- Assist with inventory audits and process improvement initiatives.
- 2–4 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, inventory, or logistics environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in physically demanding environments.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions in English.
- Comfortable working overtime as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and participate in team lifts exceeding 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
- Experience using Inventory Management Systems.
- Understanding of inventory control and warehouse best practices.
- Experience with reverse logistics processes.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and positive work ethic.
- Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
- Warehouse and datacenter environment.
- Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and material handling.
- Exposure to varying temperatures and moderate to loud noise levels.
- Work around equipment and moving mechanical parts.
