Lamb Weston seeks a Co-Product Technician for the Hermiston, Oregon plant. The role operates and adjusts equipment across processing and packaging lines, monitors quality and line flow, and helps meet safety and cost targets on a rotating dayshift.
Training is provided for L2/3 qualifications, with emphasis on teamwork and problem solving. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in food manufacturing, strong English communication, and the ability to perform sanitation and LO/TO procedures.
