Processing Utility L5 "B" Shift

The Processing Utility Operator will safely and efficiently operate and adjust all processes for multiple pieces of equipment. The operator monitors line flow and waste, corrects problems that affect quality and production costs, and makes line changes as directed by the Production/Package Lead or Team Leader.

• Operate and adjust equipment across multiple production areas.
• Monitor line flow, waste, and quality metrics.
• Identify and correct deviations to maintain production standards.
• Make line changes in accordance with management direction.
• Participate in safety programs and maintain safe work practices.
• Perform routine checks such as CILs and FSILs.
• Communicate effectively with hourly associates and salaried personnel.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Knowledge of equipment limits and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Proficiency in English reading, writing, and verbal communication.
• Basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, rates, ratios, percentages.
• Reasoning ability to apply common sense to set instructions, oral/diagrammatic.
• Physical capability to lift up to 100 lbs unassisted, stand, climb, bend, and use hands and arms regularly.
• Ability to read, write, and produce routine reports and correspondence.
