Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position at a modern rural facility in Northeast Oregon, requiring a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience and an active OR RN license.
Responsibilities- Full-time, 13-week contract in a Med/Surg department
- Located at a new, modern facility in a rural Northeast Oregon setting
- Cares for both adult and pediatric patients
- Day shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Three 12-hour shifts per week, including every other weekend
- Works alongside two or three other nurses and a full-time Hospitalist physician
- Provides medical/surgical nursing care to a mixed adult and pediatric patient population
- Small team environment with consistent Hospitalist physician support on the unit
- Active Oregon (OR) RN license required
- Minimum 3 years of RN experience required
- Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- Must be able to work independently with minimal direction or supervision
