As a Med/Surg Registered Nurse, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team, working alongside two or three other nurses and a full-time Hospitalist physician. Your role will involve delivering exceptional care to a diverse patient population, ensuring their safety and comfort.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and pediatric patients in the Med/Surg department
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning
• Work three 12-hour shifts per week, including every other weekend
• Must have ACLS, BLS & PALS certifications
• Three or more years of nursing experience required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
