As a Med/Surg Registered Nurse, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team, working alongside two or three other nurses and a full-time Hospitalist physician.

Your role will involve delivering exceptional care to a diverse patient population, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and pediatric patients in the Med/Surg department
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary
Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
Participate in patient education and discharge planning
Work three 12-hour shifts per week, including every other weekend
Must have ACLS, BLS & PALS certifications
Three or more years of nursing experience required
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
