Travel RN - Operating Room

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN Circulator for a day shift Operating Room position requiring a minimum of three years' perioperative nursing experience.

Job Details

• Position is based in the Operating Room as a circulating nurse,

• Day shift schedule from 06:30 to 15:00,

• 13-week contract assignment,

• On-call rotation is required,

• May be floated to other departments where qualified to provide patient care,

Job Requirements

• Active RN license required at time of consideration,

• Minimum of 3 years recent perioperative nursing experience,

• Experience as a circulator in the OR setting required,

Additional Information

• Responsible for all aspects of perioperative nursing in the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases,

• Acts as patient advocate and supervises assigned personnel,

• Reports to Unit Nurse Manager, House Supervisor, or RN Team Leader,

• Adheres to established standards of care, policies, and procedures,

• No specific COVID-19 vaccination requirement for this position,
