About the Position
Job Opportunity – Perioperative Registered Nurse – Oregon

Hermiston, Oregon
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule:
Day shift, 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM; no call required
Highlights:
Perioperative nursing across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases
Patient advocacy role with direct responsibility for quality surgical care
Supervision and direction of assigned personnel
No on-call responsibilities
Established standards of care, policies, and procedures in place
Collaborative reporting structure to Unit Nurse Manager, House Supervisor, or RN Team Leader
Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse license in Oregon
Perioperative nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to supervise and lead assigned staff
Commitment to patient-centered care and safety
