Requirements:
Active RN license in the practicing state.
Experience in neurology or neurological nursing preferred.
Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
BLS required; specialty neurology certifications preferred.
Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor neurological patients, including vital signs and neurological status.
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely.
Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment plans, and recovery.
Document patient care accurately and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
Collaborate with neurologists, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
