Overview

Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) travel assignment in Hermiston, Oregon. Start date 06/15/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,061–$2,128 per week with guaranteed 36 hours. Shift: 3x12 rotating. Setting:
Critical Access Hospital Emergency Department. This travel position is designated as Travel - Temporary Assignment.

• Conduct thorough patient assessments on arrival, including vitals, history, and current symptoms
• Perform triage to prioritize care based on condition severity
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments per physician orders; perform emergency procedures as needed
• Monitor patients continuously and adjust interventions according to response and evolving condition
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
• Document all patient information, treatment plans, and responses in electronic health records or paper charts as required; ensure patient education and advocacy

• Current RN license in the State of Oregon
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing; BSN preferred
• CRASE training required if travel assignment extends beyond 6 months
• Experience:
  
  None required; previous clinical experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced ED with varying acuity levels; physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, and reaching
