Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
A well‑respected community hospital located outside Hermiston, Oregon, is searching for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join its team.
Compensation & Benefits- Base salary: $322,400 per year
- Up to $40,000 in quality incentives
- $30,000 commencement bonus
- Schedule:
4×10 day shift with 1/5 call rotation and OB coverage - Comprehensive benefits package, including $8,000 CME, student loan assistance, paid malpractice insurance, and more
- Evaluate patients' medical history and physical condition, and create a tailored anesthesia plan.
- Closely monitor vital signs and respond immediately to any complications during surgery.
- Manage the patient's recovery from anesthesia in the PACU, ensuring pain management and stabilizing patients.
- Assist and rotate between Orthopedic, Otolaryngologist, OB/GYN, Podiatry, Cardiac, General Surgery, and Urology departments as needed to assist with surgical procedures.
- Must have a DNP in Nursing.
- Must have an active and unencumbered RN and CRNA license in Oregon.
