Behavioral Health RN – 4 Night Week – $65/Hour (Full Time, Psychiatric Nursing, Overnight Behavioral Health)
Position Overview- Overnight Behavioral Health RN role focused on psychiatric nursing care, medication administration, and patient advocacy
- Opportunity to work independently overnight while supported by multidisciplinary behavioral health team
- Structured behavioral health environment with established workflows and documentation processes
- Clinical role supporting patient monitoring, education, and psychiatric care coordination
- 4-night schedule providing long weekends and schedule consistency
- Monday-Thursday overnight schedule
- 36 hours weekly
- Overnight behavioral health environment
- Weeknight differential: +$2.50/hour
- Weekend differential: +$4/hour
- Hourly pay range: $53.94-$65.29 based on experience
- Relocation assistance up to $4,000

- Active Oregon RN license (REQUIRED)
- Comfortable administering and documenting medications (REQUIRED)
- Behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience (preferred)
- Strong patient advocacy and communication skills (REQUIRED)
- Comfortable working overnight schedule (REQUIRED)
- Team-oriented behavioral health approach (REQUIRED)
