Position: Behavioral Health RN | 4-Night Week | $65/Hour

Behavioral Health RN – 4 Night Week – $65/Hour (Full Time, Psychiatric Nursing, Overnight Behavioral Health)

Position Overview
  • Overnight Behavioral Health RN role focused on psychiatric nursing care, medication administration, and patient advocacy
  • Opportunity to work independently overnight while supported by multidisciplinary behavioral health team
  • Structured behavioral health environment with established workflows and documentation processes
  • Clinical role supporting patient monitoring, education, and psychiatric care coordination
  • 4-night schedule providing long weekends and schedule consistency
Schedule
  • Monday-Thursday overnight schedule
  • 36 hours weekly
  • Overnight behavioral health environment
  • Weeknight differential: +$2.50/hour
  • Weekend differential: +$4/hour
Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly pay range: $53.94-$65.29 based on experience
  • Relocation assistance up to $4,000

Role Responsibilities
  • Provide psychiatric nursing care within behavioral health setting
  • Administer and document medications accurately
  • Monitor vital signs and patient progress
  • Lead patient education and support activities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary behavioral health team
  • Advocate for patient care and treatment needs
  • Maintain accurate behavioral health documentation

Requirements
  • Active Oregon RN license (REQUIRED)

  • Comfortable working overnight schedule (REQUIRED)
  • Team-oriented behavioral health approach (REQUIRED)
