Position, Compensation & Benefits:

• All-CRNA model - full autonomy, no supervision required
• Collegial 9-member CRNA team with long-tenured professionals
• Supportive leadership and strong anesthesia culture
• Diverse cases: general, ortho, OB/GYN, ENT, and endoscopy
• Perform blocks, epidurals, and central lines
• Monday-Friday, 7 AM-5 PM schedule
• Light call rotation: 1:10 (approx. 29 nights + 5-6 weekends/year) with post-call day off
• On-call apartment provided + free meals and drinks
• Compensation: $385K + 5% quality bonus + incentives = $400K+ potential
• $50K sign-on bonus, $4,500 CME, all dues/licenses paid, and relocation allowance
• 12 weeks of PTO for rest, travel, or CME
• Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision premiums
