Job Title: RN Circulator (Operating Room)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced RN Circulator to join our Operating Room team. The RN Circulator will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well‑being of patients during surgical procedures. This position requires excellent clinical skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.

• Prepare the operating room for surgeries, including setting up equipment and supplies.
• Assist with positioning and draping patients for procedures.
• Monitor patient vital signs, anesthesia levels, and overall condition during surgeries.
• Communicate effectively with the surgical team, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure proper documentation of all procedures and patient care activities.
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures related to patient safety and quality of care.

• Valid RN license in the state of (insert state).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operating room setting.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment.
