Travel Registered Nurse ER

Overview

ER Registered Nurse (ER RN) – Travel assignment in Hermiston, Oregon. Start date 07/06/2026 for a 13‑week contract. Weekly pay range: $1,950–$2,084 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12‑hour rotating (coverage typically 0900–2130 on Fri, Sat, Sun, Tue, Wed, Thurs). Setting:
Critical Access Hospital.

• Provide direct Emergency Department nursing care to patients with a broad range of medical conditions, from minor injuries to critical illness
• Perform triage, initial assessment, and ongoing monitoring; implement and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with the medical team
• Administer medications, assist with procedures, and monitor patient response
• Communicate effectively with physicians, specialists, and other clinicians; coordinate care and ensure smooth patient flow in a fast‑paced ED
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes; ensure adherence to standards of care, policies, and procedures
• Supervise and direct any personnel assigned to the RN, maintaining patient and staff safety and quality of care

• Active registered nurse license in the state of Oregon
• Certifications:
  
  ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC (all required)
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN) and eligibility for RN practice
• ER nursing experience preferred; ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑acuity environment
• Ability to work 12‑hour rotating shifts and meet credentialing requirements
