Description The Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse provides direct care to adult patients pre- and post-surgery. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with healthcare teams. The role emphasizes patient confidentiality, empathy, and teamwork, ensuring the delivery of quality care.
