Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse
Night Shift - 3x12 )

Hours:
36 hours per week
Provide direct and individualized nursing care to adult patients before and after surgical procedures.
Assess patient conditions, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Respond promptly to changes in patient condition or treatment response.
Initiate the computerized Plan of Care upon admission.
Maintain patient confidentiality and convey empathy to patients experiencing pain or trauma.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families, considering their cultural, physical, and psychosocial needs.
