Description The Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse provides direct and individualized nursing care to adult patients before and after surgical procedures. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with teams to ensure optimal outcomes. Nurses must respond quickly to changes in patient conditions and perform nursing duties across departments.
