Local Pay: $64.39/hour
Travel Pay: $37.53/hour (W2)
Travel Rate (based on 40 hours):
Hrly $37.53, Stipend (Lodging $770.00 + M&I $476.00) = $1,246.00, Total Comp: $2,747.20
Travel Eligibility:
Candidates must live at least 50+ miles from the facility to qualify for Travel Pay.

Nursing Specialty:
Pre-Admission Services (PAS) Registered Nurse
Duties & Responsibilities:
- The Pre-Admission Services (PAS) Registered Nurse specializes in comprehensive pre-operative patient assessment and risk evaluation to ensure optimal surgical outcomes and patient safety.
- This role focuses primarily on the pre-operative phase of the patient's surgical experience, conducting thorough screenings to identify potential anesthesia and surgical risks through telephone consultations and in-person visits.
- The RN works collaboratively with PAS advanced practice provider, anesthesia team, surgeons, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient preparation and ensure appropriate medical clearance prior to procedures.
- He/she ensures provision of quality, evidence-based care through utilization of the nursing process, established clinical protocols, and evidence-based risk assessment tools.
- The Pre-Admission Services RN acts as a patient advocate, ensuring surgical patients are appropriately evaluated.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current, valid, and unrestricted OR license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current, unrestricted Oregon and Washington Registered Nurse licenses.
- Current BLS, ACLS certification. CRASE training.
- Specialty certification relevant to assigned clinical areas (e.g., CPAN, CAPA, CNOR).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience. Previous surgical experience.
- Experience with Epic electronic health record system.
- Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
- Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
