You will assist with hygiene, dressing, feeding, mobility, and monitoring vital signs while communicating changes to the nursing staff.
Under supervision of nurses, you will help sustain patient safety and comfort, document care, protect confidentiality, and participate in admissions, discharges, and shift audits.
