Position SummaryAs a Textile Production Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clothing and fabric donations are ready for our customers. From sorting and inspecting textiles to preparing items for display, your attention to detail and teamwork will help bring our sales floor to life.
Key Responsibilities- Sort and inspect textiles
:
Organize clothing, shoes, purses, linens, and other fabric donations by category and condition. - Quality control
:
Check items for cleanliness, wear, and overall quality. - Prepare items for sale
:
Hang, fold, tag, and price textiles according to store guidelines. - Maintain organization
:
Keep the sorting and processing area clean and tidy. - Teamwork
:
Collaborate with team members and assist with donation handling as needed. - Physical activity
:
Stand for extended periods and occasionally lift heavy bags of donations (up to 40-50 lbs).
- Reliable and punctual individuals with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, back-of-house environment.
- Comfort with occasional heavy lifting and standing for long periods.
- No prior experience required - we’ll provide all the training you need!
- Pay
: $14.55 per hour.
