Job Title: Direct Inside Sales Associate

Department: Sales/Customer Service

Reports To: Sales & Marketing Manager

• Reviews and processes custom and turnkey quote requests with accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicates with customers to clarify requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Provides timely responses to customer inquiries regarding pricing, lead times, and order status.
• Prepares, reviews, and follows up on quotes to support order conversion.
• Builds and maintains strong working relationships with existing customers.
• Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure smooth order flow and customer satisfaction.
• Tracks and manages orders from placement through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Maintains accurate records of quotes, orders, and customer interactions within company systems.
• Monitors industry and customer trends to provide feedback to management.
• Assists with other sales or customer service functions as needed.

Education & Experience

A bachelor’s degree is preferred for this role. This position requires 1-2 years of related experience. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be used to satisfy these requirements.
