This is a full-time, on-site role for a Building Sales Specialist located in Hermiston, OR. The Building Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating and managing leads, assisting customers with their design needs, and creating proposals and quotes. Daily tasks include conducting on-site consultations, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the construction process. This role plays a key part in fostering client relationships and achieving sales goals.

• Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and lead generation
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with construction principles, building materials, or pre-engineered structures
• Basic computer skills including proficiency in creating proposals and working with presentation tools
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from start to finish
• Ability to adapt to on-site consultations and effectively address customer needs
• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education in sales, business, or construction-related fields is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
