Position OverviewWe are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Operations Specialist to support warehouse, yard, and logistics operations across Eastern Oregon. This is a hands‑on role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
The ideal candidate is comfortable operating equipment, managing inventory, supporting logistics activities, and helping maintain safe and efficient warehouse and yard operations.
Responsibilities- Operate forklifts and telehandlers safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, label, and stage pallets and materials
- Organize inventory and maintain warehouse accuracy
- Support warehouse, yard, and logistics operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Assist with material movement, deliveries, and project support as needed
- Follow company safety procedures and operational standards
- Forklift experience (5K forklift experience preferred)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and move materials safely
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Comfortable working in both warehouse and outdoor environments
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Telehandler experience (12K telehandler experience a plus)
- Warehouse, logistics, industrial, or distribution experience
Some local travel may be required between project locations, primarily within the Hermiston and Umatilla areas, with occasional travel to Pendleton.
