Diehl Toyota of Hermitage is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Entry-Level Service Advisor to join our growing team. No previous advisor experience is required—we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn.

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the link between our customers and our service technicians, helping ensure every guest receives an exceptional service experience from check-in to vehicle pickup.

• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines
• Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle status and repairs
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process
• Prepare repair orders and process vehicle deliveries
• Build lasting relationships through outstanding customer service

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Customer service experience is preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
