Position Overview:
This position is primarily responsible for processing and maintaining vehicle title documentation in accordance with state regulations and company requirements. The incumbent ensures the timely and accurate completion of title-related activities while providing exceptional service to customers, dealers, and regulatory agencies.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Processes retail and wholesale vehicle title transactions for multiple states while ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
* Handles all aspects of title administration, including title transfers, duplicate title requests, state-to-state title transfers, and title corrections.
* Examines vehicle titles and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and conformity with state and company requirements.
* Verifies title acceptance requirements and filing procedures for applicable states.
* Resolves title discrepancies and outstanding issues through communication with customers, dealerships, lending institutions, and state regulatory agencies.
* Maintains current knowledge of state DMV regulations and titling requirements and applies regulatory guidelines appropriately.
* Monitors and follows up on outstanding title reports to ensure timely resolution.
* Compiles, maintains, and reports on all outstanding title transactions, including missing, delayed, or problem titles.
* Processes title-related mailings and maintains systems for tracking out-of-state titles.
* Coordinates and confirms the proofing, processing, and delivery of title documents and products.
* Tracks production and quality metrics to support departmental performance goals.
* Performs clerical and administrative duties in support of departmental operations.
* Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum Years of
Experience:
1 year of vehicle title processing experience preferred

* Ability to sit, stand, and use standard office equipment for extended periods of time
* Ability to perform repetitive data entry and document processing tasks
* Ability to lift and move files and boxes as needed

Position Overview:
This position is primarily responsible for providing timely and accurate service to internal and external customers in support of the lending functions of the Bank.
Primary Responsibilities:
Executes post closing review of loan documents for non-real estate commercial loans, adds or removes document exceptions as discovered or resolved and reviews and packages mortgage and UCC documents for recoding.
Prepares entries required to fund loans based on established procedures and meets set timeline for all funds to correctly document Bank assets.
Resolves non-post items based on established procedures to ensure prompt and accurate posting to the customer's account.
Updates system information in accordance with maintenance requests submitted based on established procedures and knowledge of system functionality to ensure accurate reporting for financial purposes and to maintain the loan in accordance with the note.
Prepares closing documents and modifications for small business and commercial loans and is measured against established volume levels, reviews request for compliance with Bank policy and procedure and advises Lenders or Underwriters of deficiencies.
