Provide SMART customer service and assist customers in locating, loading, and delivering merchandise;
Plan and execute delivery schedules and load deliveries within payload specifications;
Load, unload, install, and test appliances upon delivery;
Ensure loads are safe, secure, and compliant with DOT regulations;
Maintain DOT certification and CDL compliance; document daily vehicle inspections and route status;
Operate store equipment as required and support safety and housekeeping standards
