Workout Anytime is hiring a Personal Training Sales Leader to help grow our Personal Training department through consultative sales, exceptional member experiences, and leadership. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated Personal Trainer who thrives in a goal-driven environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about helping members transform their lives through Personal Training.

What You'll Do

• Conduct complimentary Success Sessions with new and existing members
• Recommend and sell Personal Training programs based on member goals
• Build and manage your own training client base
• Generate leads through member engagement, referrals, and group training
• Support the Fitness Director with department operations and trainer development
• Deliver an outstanding member experience that drives retention and recurring revenue

What We're Looking For

• Nationally accredited Personal Training certification (or related degree) preferred
• Personal Training and/or fitness sales experience preferred
• Confident communicator with a passion for sales and helping people
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset

Compensation: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
