Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

BG Staffing is seeking a skilled and dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Hermitage, TN (37076). Position Details
- Role: Apartment Maintenance Technician
- Location: Hermitage, TN 37076
- Pay: $22/hr
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
- Start Date: ASAP
- Opportunity Type: Contract or Contract-to-Hire
- Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including:
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Appliance diagnostics and repair
- Carpentry and general upkeep
- Assist with unit turns and make-ready preparation
- Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
- Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
- Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance functions
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and customer service skills
