Job Description
Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead high-visibility projects and drive delivery of scalable, customer-centric software solutions. This role combines technical leadership + active coding + team management in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor engineering teams to deliver high-quality, outcome-driven solutions
- Stay hands-on with coding, design, and code reviews
- Drive architecture, system design, and engineering best practices
- Implement Agile, Dev Sec Ops , and CI/CD methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Security, Infrastructure)
- Ensure high standards in code quality, performance, and scalability
- Support modern deployment strategies (Blue-Green, Canary, MVP releases)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Frontend: Angular, React
- Backend: Node.js, Python, C#, .NET Core, Golang
- Experience with SQL & No
SQL databases - Expertise in system design, OOP/OOD, and architecture
- 5+ years of experience with Azure cloud (PaaS, FaaS, microservices)
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Dev Sec Ops , Git Hub, ADO, Sonar Qube
- Experience working in Agile/SAFe/Lean environments
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML or GenAI
- Strong technical leader who is hands-on and delivery-focused
- Experience in product engineering from design to deployment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
