We are seeking an experienced, confident, and clinically skilled Pediatric Dentist to join our mission-driven team.

This is a unique role for a doctor who is technically proficient but hungry for deeper clinical meaning. You will work in a state-of-the-art environment where education is our primary tool and "standard of care" is always being elevated.

• Schedule: 3 days per week.
• Shift Structure: High-efficiency, 6-hour shifts.
• Compensation: High daily rate, tiered to your experience and clinical competence.

Being an experienced pediatric dentist is the requirement, but you do not need to be proficient in laser dentistry, tongue ties, zirconia crowns, functional or airway dentistry. We would love to work alongside the right candidate to share what we have learned about:

• Functional airway dentistry
  . You will gain expertise in collaborative care (coordinating with ENTs, Orthos, and Myofunctional therapists) and hands-on training in expansion for early intervention.
• Solea laser dentistry
  . Learn to do no-shot, no-drill dentistry.
• Zirconia crowns
  . Become efficient and confident at using superior materials.
• Tongue and lip tie
  . Understand proper diagnosis and treatment.
• Ozone therapy
  . Implementing this minimally invasive adjunct to support healing and enhance clinical outcomes.
