Sr. Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Marketing Data Analyst to drive performance analysis, data integrity, and actionable insights across our marketing channels. This role plays a critical part in ensuring marketing investments are data-driven, optimized, and aligned to business outcomes.

• Lead performance analysis across affiliate, email, native, and display channels to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
• Reconcile and validate data across multiple sources to ensure accuracy for internal reporting and client-facing deliverables
• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reporting tools to improve visibility and decision-making
• Develop forecasting models and ROI analyses to guide strategic investment decisions
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, BI, and operations teams to support campaign performance and business insights
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders, including leadership and clients
• Identify and implement automation and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual work

• Marketing decisions are consistently backed by accurate, timely, and actionable data
• Campaign performance improves through clear optimization insights and strategic recommendations
• Reporting is reliable, scalable, and easily understood by both internal teams and clients
• Data processes are streamlined, reducing manual effort and increasing operational efficiency
• Stakeholders trust and rely on your insights to guide business and client decisions
• Complex data is translated into clear, compelling narratives that help stakeholders quickly understand performance trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions

• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, ideally across affiliate, email, native, or display channels
• Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CPA, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, and ROI
• Technical Experience building dashboards and reports using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, Domo, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar
• Working knowledge of SQL, tracking pixels, tag managers, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
• Familiarity with marketing and partner platforms such as , Google Ads, Outbrain/Taboola, Mailchimp, or similar
• Proven ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Experience with forecasting, profitability modeling, and performance optimization strategies
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• A process-oriented mindset with experience improving workflows and implementing automation

This role is required to be in person at our beautiful, fully stocked Hermosa Beach location Tuesday-Thursday each week.
