This role sits at the intersection of media strategy, revenue growth, partnership development, and market innovation. You’ll be responsible for helping Strand identify what’s next, scale what works, and create new opportunities for both our clients and our business.
This is not a traditional media leadership role.
We’re not looking for someone who simply manages campaigns or oversees a team.
We’re looking for someone who can drive growth.
Someone who understands how performance marketing ecosystems evolve, can spot emerging opportunities before competitors, build strategic relationships, unlock new revenue streams, and help transform media from a service offering into a growth platform.

What you’ll do Revenue Growth & Business ExpansionDrive growth across existing client programs by identifying opportunities to increase scale, improve performance, and expand services.
Partner closely with leadership to:
- Grow client revenue and media investment
- Identify new service offerings and growth opportunities
- Expand Strand’s capabilities into emerging channels and markets
- Build repeatable frameworks that drive long-term growth
Success in this role isn’t measured by campaigns launched.
It’s measured by revenue created.
Continuously evaluate and test new acquisition channels, media opportunities, and partnership models.
You’ll be expected to:
- Identify emerging trends before they become mainstream
- Build relationships with innovative publishers, platforms, and technology partners
- Evaluate new customer acquisition opportunities across performance media
- Develop strategic recommendations that create competitive advantages for clients

Strategic PartnershipsHelp expand and strengthen Strand’s network of publishers, platforms, technology providers, and industry relationships.
You’ll:
- Build executive-level relationships across the performance marketing ecosystem
- Negotiate and develop strategic partnerships
- Create new opportunities for clients through exclusive access, placements, and partnerships
- Serve as a connector between market opportunities and client growth goals
Lead media strategy across our client portfolio, ensuring programs consistently achieve performance objectives.
You’ll:
- Guide channel strategy and investment decisions
- Ensure campaigns are optimized against CPA, CAC, LTV, and client-specific goals
- Drive innovation while maintaining operational excellence
- Bring a strong point of view on what works across insurance, financial services, and other performance-driven verticals
Lead and develop a high-performing team of media strategists, partnership managers, and channel specialists.
You’ll:
- Set clear expectations and accountability
- Raise the standard for strategic thinking and execution
- Develop future leaders within the organization
- Foster a culture of curiosity, innovation, and continuous improvement
Act as a senior strategic advisor to both clients and internal leadership.
You’ll help clients understand:
- Where growth opportunities exist
- How market dynamics are changing
- Which investments are worth making
- What future opportunities Strand should be pursuing
- Within your first 12-18 months:
- Existing client programs are growing faster
- New media channels and partnerships have been launched
- Strand has expanded into new growth opportunities
