• $400,000+ True Income Potential – Salary plus wRVU incentive plan

• Seeking candidates with at least 2 years of Pediatric Urgent Care experience

• Flexible shift model with physicians self‑scheduling to maximize work/life balance

• Support staff will include RNs, LPNs, Med Tech, and Rad Tech – candidates can provide input in designing the staff
