• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech‑Language Pathologist
• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Experience with school‑aged children or in educational settings preferred
• Commitment to evidence‑based practices and continual learning
• Strong documentation and report‑writing proficiency

• Conducting comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Developing individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams
• Delivering targeted therapy sessions to students with a range of speech/language disorders
• Consulting with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student progress
• Keeping accurate records of student progress and compliance with school and state guidelines
• Attending meetings and contributing expertise to multidisciplinary support teams
