ResponsibilitiesPublic Health Program Specialist Supervisor is responsible for 3 program areas. Each program has staff and assigned children. The role implements policy and procedures under IDEA Part C, OSEP, state and federal regulations, budget, financial, contracts, TCM billing, approving billing, service providers, billing issues, and supervision for programmatic issues in MITI. The position requires extensive knowledge of Early Intervention and children birth to three.
Collaboration with other agency programs and ensuring goals are met as well as proper documentation for TCM billing.
Strong leadership, communication, budget preparation, personnel, problem solving, stakeholder management, meeting deadlines, proper documentation, background in a related field, maintaining budget goals, focus on strategic planning, and good problem solving skills.
Preferred QualificationsTypically requires a master’s degree, 7+ years of related experience, and 1-2 years of supervisory experience. Agency preferred: bachelor's degree in a related field plus 7+ years EI experience, and 7+ years supervisory experience.
Minimum QualificationsMaster’s Degree, 7+ years of related experience, and 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
