• Assisting with the design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies to achieve needed fulfillment expectations.
• Acting as Kelly brand ambassador through the development of relationships with clients, community outreach organizations and educational centers.
• Attending scheduled job fairs and/or recruiting events.

• Seeking a minimum of 1 year of recruiting, staffing, talent management, human resources, education, customer service, or other equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service focus.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Candidates must have the ability to travel up to 50% of the week locally to hiring, recruiting, school, talent and other applicable events in the Hernando, MS area. A valid US driver’s license in good standing is required.

Base pay range: $52,000 - $60,000 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
