Industrial Maintenance Technician

WITRON Group is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain a state‑of‑the‑art automated material handling system in a fast‑paced distribution center. The role emphasizes safety, system performance, and both electrical and mechanical expertise.

Pay ranges between $28–$38 per hour, with premium shift differential pay for qualifying evening, night, or weekend shifts and performance‑based bonus opportunities.

• Engage in a wide range of electrical and mechanical tasks with minimal supervision.
• Assist the production team with basic fault correction, coaching, and troubleshooting.
• Aid in the installation of new components or the refurbishment of existing system components.
• Drive continuous improvement activities through comprehensive system knowledge and site‑specific enhancements.

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Associate's degree in industrial technology or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant electrical and/or mechanical experience required; 5+ years preferred.
• Strong skills in electrical (3‑Phase, 480V, DC, and 24V controls) and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with electics/mechanics in drive technology (motors/gears).
• Knowledge of control technology (PLC, controls, inverters).
• Understanding of wiring diagrams and electrical measuring techniques.
• Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and proprietary system monitoring programs.
• Experience maintaining material handling systems in a light industry or distribution center environment strongly preferred.

• Continuous walking, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and standing.
• Working at heights of up to 80–100 feet while wearing fall‑arrest gear and other PPE.
• Lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
