Our facility in Robinsonville, MS (just 20 minutes from Memphis) is clean, modern, air‑conditioned, heated, and filled with advanced automated equipment. You'll work with the same technology used to produce engine components for world‑class brands such as GM, Ford, Mercedes‑Benz, BMW, Audi, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Bentley, and more.

• Starting pay from $15-$35/hr depending on experience and training levels.
• Pay increases as you advance through our structured skill and certification program.

You’ll learn to:

• Operate high‑tech precision measuring machines.
• Understand and interpret technical data and measurements.
• Work effectively with engineering and production teams.

• Use tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
• Learn to operate CMMs and advanced form and surface measurement systems.
• Inspect precision components used in high‑performance engines.
• Support engineers and production teams to ensure accuracy and quality.

• A reliable, motivated person who wants to learn and grow.
• Comfort with basic hand tools (or willingness to learn).
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• High school diploma or technical‑school training.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
