Panel Assembly Technician

We are looking for a hands‑on, detail‑oriented technician to help deliver high‑quality control panels that power critical systems across North America. • Assemble and wire control panels to meet customer specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
• Verify components against Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Mount and populate panels and enclosures accurately.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Track production time and materials used.
• Troubleshoot routine issues and elevate when needed.
• Follow all safety standards and PPE requirements.

• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read basic diagrams and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills and a team‑first mindset.
• Self‑motivation and ability to work independently.

• Electrical wiring or installation experience.
• Manufacturing or assembly line background.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Lift 30–50 pounds regularly.
• Perform repetitive tasks with strong manual dexterity.
• Stand, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
