Job Overview

Join WITRON as a System Operator! A System Operator must be a motivated, self-starting individual who is willing to prove they have what it takes to succeed as a system technician. You will support the operation of an automated material handling system and use and learn many different technologies in a creative environment.

• Operation of TCRA/HBW/SEB areas of the system.
• Operation and fault correction of automated material handling equipment in a fast production environment.
• Troubleshoot and correct system material flow issues.
• Basic upkeep of system through effective management and clearing of products, packaging, and carrier material.
• Daily climbing requirement.

• Previous experience with material handling automation in an automated warehouse.
• Operational knowledge from within the building.

• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Aptitude for basic computer skills.
• Practical attitude and ability to learn new skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Problem solving and root-cause understanding.
• Steady, professional approach in a high-pressure environment.
• Clear spoken communication skills.

• Flexibility to work 1st and 2nd shift – operate 7 days a week.

• Work at heights of up to 80‑100 feet.
• Continuous walking, climbing and standing.
• Lifting, pulling and pushing up to 50 lbs.
