Accent Care is seeking an RN Case Manager in DeSoto County, MS. This full-time role supports patient care from admission through discharge, coordinating with staff nurses, LPNs, and CHHAs to ensure the care plan is delivered as prescribed.
Schedule:
M-F 8:00 a.m.
– 4:30 p.m. On-call: 1-2 weekdays per month and 1 weekend every 10-12 weeks. Pay: $71,000-$87,000 on a per-point basis with benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, 401(k), flexible spending and health savings accounts,
