Responsibilities Include- Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, and developing tailored care plans.
- Building meaningful relationships with patients and families to facilitate healing.
- Collaborating effectively across departments to ensure coordinated care.
- Serving as a resource for staff and supporting complex patient needs.
- Celebrating patient milestones and progress.
- Valid RN licensure per state requirements.
- CPR certification; ACLS and CRRN preferred.
- Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Compassionate patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
