We are looking for an assistant manager to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, maintain cost controls, and provide excellent customer service at Domino’s Pizza. The role requires strong judgment, math skills, multitasking, and adherence to policies.

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set an example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.

• Staffing and crew management
• Paperwork and cost controls
• Cash control and food management
• Work to a schedule, maintain store appearance, and meet standards
• Great customer service, attendance & punctuality
• Transportation, store cleanliness, and marketing
• Profitability and adherence to standards

Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory and complete paperwork, and keep equipment and facility clean.

Training, orientation and job‑on‑the‑job training provided. Communication skills include comprehension, written and verbal instructions, and customer interaction.

• Add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately (may use calculator)
• Make correct monetary change
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for order processing
• Motor coordination and precision in rapid movements
• Order entry with computer or touch screen
• Navigate delivery area, including multi‑story buildings and adverse terrain

Exposure to varying weather, temperature extremes, fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, heat from ovens, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

• Standing, walking, sitting, lifting (up to 50 lbs), carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing
• Stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, driving
• Eye‑hand coordination, use of tools, machine handling

Driving: deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area, deliver flyers and door hangers, valid driver’s license, safe driving record, insured vehicle.
