Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs;
Support store visual and operational initiatives and maintain a clean, merchandised environment;
Assist in stocking/restocking merchandise and transferring products to selling floor;
Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals;
Address guest questions/concerns and escalate issues to a store keyholder;
Adhere to store policies, attendance, and grooming requirements
