Responsible for performing all clerical functions as it relates to the AWG Brands Divisional office. Assist with the coordination of the annual Food Shows and provides ultimate customer service to AWG Member Stores.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Handle customer calls, addressing inquiries and providing support.
- Receive and process customer orders efficiently.
- Process store credits requested via call, text, and email.
- Monitor and review purchase orders (POs) in iTrade, ensuring timely adjustments and communicating changes to buyers.
- Print and adjust passings as necessary; ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Review and close received POs, identifying and rectifying discrepancies.
- Print daily tenders and balance freight accordingly.
- Manage in transit PO lists in iTrade, making necessary adjustments and contacting buyers for discrepancies.
- Create and distribute produce text blasts to customers.
- Set up and adjust prebooks in web sales, checking produce trays for accuracy.
- Assist in implementing price changes and ensuring accuracy of price and date information.
- Enter and manage West Coast POs for upcoming loading schedules; liaise with vendors via email.
- Coordinate and key in bookings for the following week.
- Maintain and update buyer spreadsheets with PO numbers and pickup numbers.
- Support sales efforts by helping to sell off push lists.

EDUCATIONand/or
EXPERIENCE:
Degree or equivalent; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Knowledge of AWG systems/programs including the following; SCM, ADW, PCOMM, People Soft, DLX, Store Front, Arc, On Demand, Service Now, Notepad and Concur.
LANGUAGESKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
