The Experienced Sales Consultant will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers. They will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide them with information about available vehicles that meet their requirements. Consultants will be expected to meet daily productivity minimums utilizing the CRM, including calls, texts, and emails. The consultant will also negotiate prices and financing options with customers and complete all necessary paperwork related to the sale.

• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a database of customer information and sales activity.
• Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
• Collaborate with other members of the sales team to meet sales goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years automotive sales experience, preferably at one dealership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must submit to and successfully complete an MVR, background check, and drug screen.
