Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision to the Case Managers, Health Care Navigator, and Intake Coordinator.
- Provide direction and support to case managers as they serve Veteran clients.
- Train and ensure that case managers follow procedures and guidelines of the SSVF grant.
- Lead case staffings, case conferencing, and other staff meetings.
- Maintain direct contact with clients to resolve questions or issues.
- Approve check requests and confirm that spending is eligible under the grant.
- Support a cohesive team mentality, encouraging partnership between team members for the benefit of the client.
- Work with the Assistant Director and Director of Housing Services to review policy and procedures and use feedback from the SSVF Compliance Specialist to guide continuous quality management and improvement.
